Anyway, one of my friends pointed out not long after that this place was THE rice paper roll spot in Melbourne now and so we should check it out. My initial [inward] reaction was "meh", because, at the time, I wasn't really a big fan of rice paper rolls.
Well guess what, Miss Chu has changed that. I was there again on Monday night and it is juuuust phenomenal. They've nailed the easy casual delicious affordable dining experience in Melbourne. The menu is easy to understand, I love the check-boxes, the food is quick and it's a cool place to hang out, which is so very important.

We spent about $25 each, which was without booze, but then again we really smashed it (dumplings, again). I would say expect to spend between $20-25.
